This block will show the groups of your network in member's index page filtered by
- Last groups
- Top groups
- Random groups
On version 4.7.2 it was added a new block to members profile to show the latest groups from that member
It will allow you, also, to subscribe the groups on the block itself. Secret groups will not show.
